APJ Abdul Kalam University AKU is a state level public collegiate university that was established in 2000 in India. It is Approved by AICTE. Dr. A P.J. is One of India's most well knnown and important technical university in India. AKU was originally known as UP Technical University. The most common programme is B.A. P. J. Abdul Kalam University support excellence and innovation in university to enhance student's performance by improved skills among the students. The AKU promotes research activities also.

For students from reserved classes scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), other backward castes (OBC—non-creamy layer)who are pursuing higher education, the government of Madhya Pradesh has established scholarship programmes.
On the Adim Jati Kalyan Vibhaag website, candidates can submit an online application to be eligible for benefits under these programs.
Similar programs are offered to kids from ethnic communities.
Officials from the university's scholarship division have committed to assisting students who are applying for scholarship programmes both inside and outside of Madhya Pradesh.

Yes, the AKU University College provides facilities for a wide range of sports and games. The AKU University provides facilities for indoor games like shuttle badminton, table tennis, chess, carroms, ludo, besides Weightlifting.
The renovated AKU University stadium provides facilities for cricket, football, and athletics.
Also many more sports are being played in the AKU. It means that AKU promotes other activities rather than studies.

Yes, Aryabhatta Knowledge University, AKU, has established a dress code policy, as dress codes vary from institution to institution. Boys follow Sky blue shirt, Navy Blue Trouser, Blue Tie, socks and black shoes and girls wear Navy blue trouser or salwar, Blue kurti, blue socks and black shoes. n Winter coats and sweaters are also added.

Scholarships are offered to students at Aaryabhatta Knowledge University by different criteria such as academic merit or specific categories. Students from the SC, ST and OBC categories who are studying any course in AKU or a college affiliated to it shall be covered by this provision. Depending on the programme or department at the university, scholarships may be different.

Yes, at AKU there's a policy of attendance. Attendance policies, such as those of the Aryabhatta Knowledge University can vary from one institution to another. At least 75 per cent of the students have to be present. A student can't appear for the semester exam if his or her attendance is less than 75 %.
