If you want to drop your year so I think your fee is doesn't get the return back to you but if you talk to your staff and faculty or your Dean, director, hope they provide you any solution. I hope you get your desired answer.

Hi, Yes, top rankers with a poor background, having income less than INR 2LPA can avail for fee waiver seats. Accordingly, the highest rankers are availed fee waivers seats.
