Aliah University does have BTech seat reservations for students belonging to the special category. The seat reservation policy is as per the government of the state for special category candidates. Around 4 % of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the PC/PwD category, and 5% of seats fall under the disability reservation.

While preparing the cutoff for the BTech course, the university considers several factors, such as the  revious years' cutoff trends, difficulty level of the exam, total number of qualified candidates, total number of candidates applying for a specific course or institute, number of seats available for admission, etc. Once the university evaluated the candidates scores and complete application process, it released the Aliah University BTech cutoff

Yes, the application process for BTech courses through WBJEE and AUAT is different. In case candidates are applying for the course through WBJEE, they are required to appear for the WBJEE counselling process and select Aliah University as their preferred choice. Moreover, while applying through AUAT, candidates must qualify for the basic eligibility criteria according to BTech specialisation and register for the course and entrance examination through the official website of the university.
