Aliah University organised a physical campus placement drive of Hashedin by Deloitte on March 24, 2025. Earlier, according to the annual report 2023, a total of 32 On-Campus Placement Drives were held whereas 64 Off-Campus placement drive were held. A total of 294 offers were made in 2023.

After the release of the provisional merit list for admission to the BBA+MBA integrated course at Aliah University, the university conducts the online counselling for seat allotments and document verification. The university primarily conducts e-counseling for its course. Further, after the counselling process, candidates are required to pay a certain amount of course/admission fee. However, the university only conducts offline counselling for the courses with programme code U 21, U 13, and U 14. Check the code of integrated BBA + MBA course on the university's official website.

Aliah University offers an integrated BBA + MBA course. Moreover, to get admission into this course, candidates must complete their Class 12 from any stream. Additionally, they must have secured an aggregate of 50%. The final admission is based on candidates achieved scores in the university's in-house entrance test, i.e., AUAT. Moreover, the acceptance of CAT scores for admission to BBA at Aliah University is not explicitly mentioned on the official website of the university.

On the other hand, the average placement package offered to MBA graduates at Adamas University is INR 4.5 lakh. Therefore, Adamas University offers the highest average placement package to MBA graduates compared to Aliah University. Aliah University does have MBA seat reservations for students belonging to the special category. The seat reservation policy is as per the government of the state for special category candidates. Around 4 % of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the PC/PwD category, and 5% of seats fall under the disability category.
