AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of BSc, BSc (Hons) and PB BSc Nursing courses to students. The qualification required to pursue different BSc courses at AIIMS Delhi is as follows:

• Class 12 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ PCM and at least 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST)

Since you haven't mentioned your category, we would consider you to belong to the General Category. You should aim for a NEET UG cutoff rank under 50 to get AIIMS New Delhi. If a candidate belongs to the General Category, he/she should aim for at least 700+, and in the case of a reserved category, a candidate should aim for at least 675+. This is with regard to marks.
