Other than the beautiful, wi-fi enabled campus and a well maintained hostel and teaching campus, AIIMS New Delhi set up an Innovation Facilitation Division in 2017 for accommodating AIIMS faculty and scientists as incubatees. A Bio-Park is also under construction. MoU with other incubators to invite the startups for commercial ventures is also signed. AIIMS Delhi established a Centre for Integrative Medicine and Research (CIMR) in 2016 with an aim to build a convergence of contemporary medicine with India’s ancient and traditional medical practices. AIIMS Delhi has 21 hostel buildings in total, located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families.

The UG and PG students who get hostel at AIIMS Delhi campus are required to submit hostel fee from along with the tuition fee, every semester. For Junior residents, however, the hostel fee is deducted from salary. In addition to this, a hostel security deposit fee of INR 1,000 at the time of joining/ application. A course-wise and semester-wise AIIMS Delhi hostel fee is as follows:

Yes, AIIMS Delhi has 21 hostel buildings located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families. The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop and an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students.
The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table
