AIIMS Delhi does not offer a Bachelor of Science (BSc) course in Nutrition and Dietetics. AIIMS primarily offers undergraduate medical programs such as MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery), BSc (Hons) Nursing, and BSc (Hons) Paramedical courses.

Christian Medical College Vellore is ranked three by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2024 under the Medical Colleges category. Whereas AIIMS Delhi was ranked one by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2023 under the Medical Colleges category. Both colleges have good faculty, infrastructure, and practical exposure. Ultimately which is the best depends on a particular student on what he/she is looking for in a college or a university.

Candidates are required to keep their AIIMS BSc Nursing admit cards safe with them even after the exam is concluded until the admission process is complete. The admit card serves as proof of verification for the counselling committee for granting admission. The exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode in 150 test centres located in 14 cities across the country.

Along with the admit card, candidates must keep ready any one of the following government-approved photo IDs, such as: aadhar card, voter ID, passport, driving license, and ration card. The photo ID proof should match the photo printed on the hall ticket. A hard copy of the admit card is required for verification at the test centre.
