AIIMS Delhi offers merit-based and merit-cum-means-based scholarships to students gaining top scores in the entrance exams held for respective courses. The Smt Maya Devi Trust and Shri Kirpa Ram Kohli Educational Trust have offered The AIIMSONIANS scholarship for undergraduate students of AIIMS Delhi. The value of the scholarship is INR 10,000. The sub-committee of the Executive Committee of AIIMSONIANS will select the students based on the eligibility criteria.

To get admission to the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing programme at AIIMS Delhi, candidates need to qualify AIIMS paramedical entrance exam. For AIIMS paramedical exam, the candidate must have Physics Chemistry English and Biology/Mathematics in Class 12. Candidates need to register for the exam and then appear for the entrance exam. It is on the basis of the marks obtained in the AIIMS paramedical entrance exam that candidates can further participate in the counselling.
