All the AIIMS have very minimal fee including hostel charges. I myself am student of AIIMS Bhopal and my fees for MBBS 5.5 years is just Rs.5856 for academics and hostel.

IIT is related to the engineering field, whereas IIMS is related to the medical field. IIT and AIIMS are both held on an annual basis, and with limited seats, passing these exams becomes more difficult for students. Furthermore, the number of seats in medical colleges is much lower than in engineering colleges. To get a seat in AIIMS New Delhi, and if you belong to the general category, you must secure 715 or more marks in the NEET exam. Then you may get a seat. In OBC, the minimum marks are 710 to 715, and in other categories like SC or ST, you must score 700 to 710. AIIMS New Delhi ranking
