I am Sumit Vashist pursuing BAMS from CBPACS New Delhi India
To get admission in any medical college you have to appear in NEET exam conducted by NTA all over India
Eligibility for appearing in NEET exam is 60% for general category and 55% in SC/ST
So with 52% aggregate marks you can't appear in NEET exam and admission in AIIMS and all the Medical college in India are now through NEET exams only
I will suggest you to fill the forms for improvement in you 12th marks
All the best

The second is through basic registration, followed by Generation of Code and Final Registration. First application can be submitted online and then follow the procedure.
