AIIMS Delhi accepts MD CET scores, followed by INI CET Counselling process for admission to the MD/ MS/ MDS/ DM and MCh courses. As per the AIIMS Delhi cut off 2024 for INI CET January session, the Round 1 and the Round 2 cutoffs have been released so far. Next round is expected to release soon. Basis the INI CET Round 2 cutoff 2024, MD in Radiodiagnosis with a closing rank of 2 was the most competitive course, followed by a cutoff rank of 17 for M.Ch in Neuro Surgery

For eligibility, candidates should have attained 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission and must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 60% for General & OBC, 50% in case of SC/ST and 45% for PWBD candidates.
