Since you have not provided your category, it is difficult to accurately answer whether you will get admission to AIIMS or not. The previous year's NEET UG cutoff score for AIIMS Madurai, is as follows:
1. General category: 645
2. OBC category: 640
3. EWS category: 634
4. SC category cut off: 554
5. ST category cut off: 524
As you can SEE from this data, you can get admission to AIIMS Madurai if you belong to the SC or ST quota. Also, generally, to get admission to AIIMS one needs to score higher than 600.

With a 9576 NEET rank, you may not get admission into AIIMS Mangalagiri. AIIMS Mangalagiri generally has a higher admission cutoff and in the final round of 2021 had a closing rank of around 6544 for the OBC category. However, you may get admission into some other top government medical colleges for MBBS like Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences.
