Amity JEE (Amity Joint Entrance Examination) is an entrance exam conducted by Amity University for admissions to BTech programmes offered by Amity University. Amity JEE was held in a computer-based test across various cities in the country. The questions were based on the Class 12 syllabus including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and English or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English.

No, you can not take admission in Amity JEE without math subject for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering.
PCM is mandatory to pursue B.Tech in any branch. One option is that you can write your maths exam again from any private board (because it’s easy to clear) or from your present board.
But one must thing is that you’ll have to study mathematics in B.Tech in 4 semesters i.e. up to 2nd year (in every branch) and in CSE, you’ll study discrete mathematics alongside simple maths. And for that, you have to clear your concepts of XI-XII mathematics. If you are really interested in computer science, then, another option

Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) at Amity University doesn't require Amity JEE to be attempted.
The eligibility criteria is that a candidate should have a (10+2) eligibility from a accredited board recognized globally or nationally. Additional criteria is a portfolio needs to be uploaded (scanned copy of A4 size portfolio to be uploaded on microsite.
