As majority of people know that in Amrita, it is purely veterinarian food that is supplied everywhere in the campuses. Consider having non-veg food in Amrita University as illegal, as it is prohibited. But the food over here is veggies that anyone can adjust within the limit. Morning breakfast will be idli sambar, dosa sambar, pongal, read utter and jam, green peas curry and much combos like that. Lunch will be pricey, dal curry, sambar, pappad, with so many other side dishes to have. The dinner will be chappathi and there'll be a price and curry, and then salad. Tea and milk will be provided in between, but there is no coffee in Amritapuri Campus as every other Amrita Campuses provide the same, in my knowledge. The taste of curries that they provide will be the same in everyday with any change. But it's okay for a normal student to adjust with.

Following a predetermined process is usually required for admission to Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Amritapuri Campus. Direct admission might be an option in some circumstances, but it's crucial to remember that the specific requirements and processes for admission are subject to change. You must receive a minimum of 60% in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, and 55% in each of these subjects, to be admitted to Amritapuri. For all fields other than computerScienceengineering, which has a total of 30% of the seats at Amrita allocated for JEE, the percentage fluctuates depending on the number of applicants and the total number of seats available for that particular programme. If you are upto the management quota, It's as hard as to get admission through management (most of the seats fill quckily) while comparing with entrance exams, I'm not sure though. For the most precise and recent information on admission requirements and procedures, it is advisable to consult the university official website or get in touch with them directly.

Despite the fact that each persons college experience is unique and depends on their personal interests, the Amritapuri Campus provides a comfortable and tranquil setting. I'm not suggestion that everyone is like this, but most people are kind to one another, which brightens anyone's day. As Amritapuri Campus of Amrita School of Engineering is renowned for its vibrant and active student life all because it is situated in Amma's Ashram side, which is nowhere but,  in Kollam district of Kerala. There is even more!

The campus is big and has contemporary facilities and infrastructure. A number of engineering and technology-related undergraduate and graduate programmes are available at Amrita School of Engineering. The college supports extracurricular participation by providing a variety of student organisations and societies. I think there are a few PGs available near Amritapuri Campus within 2-6kms. But almost every student prefer to be in hostels as they provide a different vibe as comapred to. Eventhough the food that they provide in hostel as well as in college is strictly well, we can adjust upto it. In my opinion, being a hosteler will be a good decision. But it is to very much a personal opinion. There are good as well as few PGs out there. If you are a 1st year student, you can enjoy the hostel situated in ashram side itself rather than in the main boys hostel. But soon after the 1st year, you can move to the main hostel where there will be all the senior students. They did it this way just to make sure that there is no ragging for 1st year students in hostel. So, that there will be no ragging in Amrita University.
