There are a total of 17 seats for BA at VIT Andhra Pradesh University. The BA seats are offered in limited numbers. Therefore, must apply as soon as the application forms are out. To take admission in VIT Andhra Pradesh University BA course, candidates must follow the admission steps in the cronological order:
- VIT Andhra Pradesh University will release the admission notification.
- Candidates must clear the BA eligibility criteria, i.e., class 12 with a minimum 60% aggregate (50% for Jammu and Kashmir/North Eastern States of India/SC/ST Community).
- Candidates can fill out the application available online on VIT-AP website.
- Once the form is submitted, a merit list is prepared based on merit performance in Class 12.

VIT Andhra Pradesh University BA dual degree is a combination of two separate degree programmes: BA and MA. The dual degree programme is focused on Public Service. The programme allows students to prepare for UPSC examinations and at the same time secure the Bachelor and Master's degree along with a degree in the subject.

As per the VIT Andhra Pradesh University admission guidelines, entrance exam is not required to get admitted to the BA-MA course. Admission to VIT Andhra Pradesh University is determined by candidates' performance in their last qualifying exam. There are no entrance exams for the BA-MA course. Once candidates are shortlisted based on the merit list, they will be invited for admission. The eligibility and selection criteria for VIT Andhra Pradesh BA admission in 2024 are provided below:

Yes, VIT Andhra Pradesh University does offer a Bachelor degree programme as a dual degree programme with Master of Arts. The dual degree programme is offered in a full-time mode. The UG+PG level course lasts for five-year with ten semesters that combines core subjects with a major. However, the BA-MA dual degree comes with an exit option which allows students to earn different degrees provided they fulfill the credit requirements. After successful completion of three years with BA degree and four years with BA (Hons.) degree.

VIT Amravati is well known for its BTech placements, especially the CSE branch. The VIT Andhra Pradesh average package CSE offered during the 2024 placement drive is yet to be published on the official website. Once the VIT Andhra Pradesh CSE average package is released, it will be updated on this page. However, the overall VIT average package offered so far in 2024 stood at INR 14.43 LPA. The same is tabulated below:

The Andhra Pradesh PECET counselling 2025 is expected to be released soon. As of now there are no dates of confirmation about the Andhra Pradesh PECET 2025 exam. Currently the Andhra Pradesh PECET admit card 2025 will be released in June 2025 for the physical efficiency test and skill test will be conducted in June 2025. Once the results of the PET and Skill Tests are released the exam body will release the counselling schedule.
