The basic eligibility to apply to the BTech programme is a minimum of 75% aggregate in Class 12. Admissions are based on the All-India Rank obtained at JEE (Mains) examination through JoSAA/CSAB counselling procedure. The BTech programme is offered in 8 engineering branches. The National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh is the 31st institution among the chain of NITs started by the Government of India. NIT Andhra Pradesh is established in the state of Andhra Pradesh in 2015. The Institute is offering BTech, MTech, PhD and MS programmes.
