There are no free seats available in the Apollo University chittoor. Yes, you are eligible for veterinary seats. However, I cannot say for sure but you have high chances of getting seats in a government college. You can check the cutoffs for veterinary colleges in Andhra Pradesh to get an idea of the rank required to get a seat in a government college. Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati is one of the public/government colleges that offers B.V.Sc. Animal Husbandry course in Andhra Pradesh.
