Almost 14, 612 candidates appeared for the Andhra Pradesh EdCET 2025 exam. For the Andhra Pradesh EdCET exam, 17,795 candidates registered. Only 83% candidates appeared to take the examination.

AP EAMCET 2026 Admit Card will be released on official website. Candidates can download and take print of AP EAMCET admit card. It is advised that candidates take multiple copies to avoid issues. It is mandatory to carry admit card.

Yes, candidates are required to paste a recent passport-size photograph in the space provided on the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET admit card. In some cases, it also needs to be attested by a Gazetted Officer or the principal of the college last attended, as per the instructions given on the hall ticket

Yes, you should preserve the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET admit card even after the exam, as it will be required during counselling, seat allotment, and admission processes. Keeping it safe until the entire admission procedure is completed is very important.

If you forget to carry your Andhra Pradesh EAMCET admit card on the exam day, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall or write the exam under any circumstances. It is strictly mandatory, so you should ensure to print and keep multiple copies ready well in advance.

Yes, it is mandatory to carry a valid photo ID proof such as Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, or driving license along with AP EAMCET admit card. Without both documents, candidates cannot enter examination hall.

NIT Andhra Pradesh offers various B.Tech course specialisations based on JEE Mains rank, followed by the JoSAA Counselling process. This year, in 2025, B.Tech closing ranks under the General HS quota ranged between 93928 and 17500, wherein B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest, with the last round closing rank of 17,500 and B.Tech in Biotechnology the easiest. Given below is a table for the last round closing ranks for the General HS quota, sorted by most competitive to least competitive. Please keep in mind, other HS categories will have different cutoffs accordingly.

NIT Andhra Pradesh CCMT cutoff 2026 ranged from 357 to 455 for the General AI category in the third round. Hence, students who want admission in this NIT in the same round have to attain a rank of at least 455 or below. 

Check the table below to know the round 3 cutoff range for other AI quota categories.

To get a seat at NIT Andhra Pradesh for BTech., the candidate must qualify the JEE Main cutoff. The cutoff for JEE Mains has been released category-wise for All India and Home State quota candidates. For candidates belonging to the General AI category, the cutoff rank must be between 44623 and 109600. The most competitive specialisation among the General AI category candidates turned out to be BTech in CSE. 

For the General Home State quota candidates, the ranks closed between 103178 and 647755. The most difficult specialisation among the General HS category candidates was also BTech in CSE.
