Yes, you should preserve the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET admit card even after the exam, as it will be required during counselling, seat allotment, and admission processes. Keeping it safe until the entire admission procedure is completed is very important.

If you forget to carry your Andhra Pradesh EAMCET admit card on the exam day, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall or write the exam under any circumstances. It is strictly mandatory, so you should ensure to print and keep multiple copies ready well in advance.

To get a seat at NIT Andhra Pradesh for BTech., the candidate must qualify the JEE Main cutoff. The cutoff for JEE Mains has been released category-wise for All India and Home State quota candidates. For candidates belonging to the General AI category, the cutoff rank must be between 44623 and 109600. The most competitive specialisation among the General AI category candidates turned out to be BTech in CSE.

For the General Home State quota candidates, the ranks closed between 103178 and 647755. The most difficult specialisation among the General HS category candidates was also BTech in CSE.

For the APEdCET entrance test, there is no specific qualifying score for the General English section; instead, candidates must achieve a minimum aggregate qualifying score of 25% (which rounds to 38 marks for the general category) of the total marks in the entire exam to be ranked. Candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities do not need to meet this minimum aggregate qualifying mark to be ranked.

No, you will not be able to get an MSc in Data Science programme in the third round with a CCMN cutoff of 7000. For the General AI category, the round 3 cutoff was 2357. On the other hand, for the OBC AI category, the same round and course cutoff was 3893

Students can wait till the next round of counselling results are out to see if the cutoff gets lenient.

No, the Andhra Pradesh EdCET exam syllabus is not based on the 12th class syllabus. Instead, the syllabus is divided into three parts: General English, General Knowledge & Teaching Aptitude, and a chosen Subject-Specific Methodology. The subject-specific methodology questions cover topics from the candidate's undergraduate degree, not their 12th-grade coursework.
