Actually, NITs doesn't offer a free seat if you score more than 220 so that you can get a seat at NIT-Andhra Pradesh but they will not offer you a free seat if you belong to economically back word open category then you will get a scholarship to study.

Yes, you can appear for the AP- EAMCET examination after the completion of class 12th and even the Diploma students are also eligible. For more details about the examination refer:

It is a new NIT, so it doesn't have all good aspects. There are still many aspects to be cleared up in NIT-Tadepalligudem, but if you get any core branch like CSE ECE, then don't leave it, go for it.
