For helping students, dte of tech education of the concerned state issue a table giving possible branches in degree courses based on the branch in Diploma. I would like to advise you that please look up such table for your state. But I feel ECE Diploma will be eligible for degree in CSE. Best wishes.

Hi Purandhar, Yes, you can get admission in electronics and communication engineering with this score in JEE Mains. You should keep all the documents ready for verification. Your preference should be first CSE then ECE. Most probably you will get ECE in first round itself.
