The method of conversion to percentage is explained in your marksheets. Generally, we multiply the CGP with 9.5 to get equivalent percentage. Although chances are low for you to get a seat in SASTRA, but you should appear in counselling.

Yes, you can get admission in government colleges in Andhra Pradesh with this rank in the entrance. You should apply for CSE, IT, ECE, EE, Civil, Mechanical, etc.

The students of CSE or ECE at nitap get placed in top IT companies like tcs, wipro, Infosys, cognizant, capgemini etc. Through campus placement. Almost every one ends their graduation with a good job. You can go for this college. Best of luck.
