No, you can't apply for TNEA. However, you can get admission in all the private colleges through management seat. For that select your college and call them directly or visit the college and pay the fees get yourself admitted.

I'm from Visakhapatnam. So that, I'll help you for Visakhapatnam. The best college for BBA in Visakhapatnam is GITAM University and Sun International Institute. These are the only two best colleges in Visakhapatnam for BBA.

Yes, you can get the scholarship but you can't be sure more than 75% because the scholarships are available only for those students who have a good academic record.

From BMSCE Bangalore, SVUCE Tirupati, and GNDU Amritsar for B.Tech in CSE department, I'll prefer you to opt for the BMSCE Bangalore as this is the best college all in terms of placements, infra and faculty.
