Directorate of admissions:
Admissions into all PG courses and Research programs are administered by the Directorate of Admissions (DOA). It conducts Common Entrance Tests (SVUCET) every year for admission into MA, MBE, M.Com, M.Ed, MFM, LLM, MLISc, M.Sc and MS Courses offered by the Constituent and Affiliated Colleges of Sri Venkateswara University.
The selection of students to research programmes (M.Phil and Ph.D) is done on the basis of RECET conducted by the DOA from time to time.

To become a journalist you can pursue a Bachelor's in mass communication/ mass media/journalism after 12th. After completion in a related graduation field, you can pursue Master's in journalism or mass communication. A graduate (who has a flair for writing) from any other field can also opt for a postgraduate course in journalism.
