Yes, it is possible to get admission to Kakarpati Bhavanarayana College with 1500 rank in Andhra Pradesh PGCET. The 2022 cutoff was closed at a range of 1677 and 1827, for MSc admission. Hence, with 1500 rank, one can easily get admission into the college.
