Hello,
In animation institutes, there are no such PG course in animation. PG course is there in some colleges like IDC and NID, but thy require Bachelors degree in design only. You may join Diploma course in animation from any institute. Thank you!

Hello,
You may go to an animation institute, where you will be guided through various courses, you may opt one according to your interest (opt character design).
From an animation institute, you may join an animation studio who works on animated series. There you have a chance to work on character design. Animation studios need writers as well for their episodes.

Not specifically to the institute mentioned above, but this may give you a rough idea.
There will be no test or some specific degree required to get admitted.
For a 3D course, you will be asked to fill a general form of your information. They will tell you what are the courses included in that package.
There must be different software packages included for specific duration. For ex 3D course-6 months only Maya -12 months, Maya max Photoshop - 18 months
Fee will be according to the course and duration.
They will guide you various modes of payment and loan schemes as well.
You will be made sure that you will get a job after the course.
