APSET 2018 eligibility criteria which aspirants need to fulfill in order to be eligible to appear for the entrance exam is as mentioned below:
Candidates should have secured minimum of 55% marks (without rounding off) in their Masters degree or equivalent exam from any university/college that is recognised by UGC. Yes, you are eligible for the APSET/ NET Exam.
The SET and NET exam are conducted to determine the eligibility for assistant professor and junior research fellowship award. The SET is state level while the NET is the national level exam.
Candidates after clearing the NET/ SET exam can be eligible to apply for any institute or university as assistant professor posts and appear for research and development in relevant laboratories.
The educational qualification for the NET /SET exam is post-graduation degree from the recognised university with minimum 55% marks.
