It depends on your interests but I personally find civil and architecture better and trending especially architecture as you can do both government job along with something of your own at the same time.

There are many universities which conduct their own entrance exam for admission in B.Tech or you can simply take JEE Mains. Through JEE Mains, you can get admission in a college to pursue B.Tech in agriculture.
