Sir JJ College of Architecture accepts NATA score above 140. NATA score is quite low and now coming to your JEE paper 2 score it's also called low as the prime government colleges close within 235 marks.

You could try for counselling but it would be quite difficult as MS University is one of the top institutions for architecture through NATA entrance examination. Your Boards percentage is quite low and you are not having state quota too.

Yes, you may apply. Admission to the B.Arch program of the University will take place through the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) of the Government of Gujarat. Therefore, interested candidates will have to follow the procedure of ACPC as per their announcements.

Yes, you can easily get any of the NITs for B.Arch but getting good NITs would be somewhat difficult for you, otherwise, you would definitely get the one till the last round of counselling.
