Yes, they accept JEE paper 2 score. You can try to get admission. Apply for admission, you will definitely get the college, if your rank is under the requirement.

For admission in B.Arch. you need to apply through ACPC. Once that merit list is out you can apply to MSU Baroda. At the marks you have, you might get admission in MSU.

The Construction Technology course is good but if you're interested in core, then I guess civil is a better option.
Acharya Institutes campus is spread over 120 acres, with good architecture and greenery. A balanced ratio. It calms your soul to take a walk around the campus in the evening.

Score is good but its all about counselling but you look your fav. Private college u can easily get direct admission in private college.

It depends on the state in which you want to study, and from where have you done your high school.
But, it is quite difficult to get admission in top architecture colleges like JJ College of Architecture, CEPT Ahmedabad or MS University Baroda.

You will get admission in CEPT-Ahmedabad for sure, but no one can say for JJ School. You can get admission there after a couple of rounds.
