The Final Merit score is calculated based on you 12th Board exam percentage and your NATA score.
Just divide your NATA score by 2 and add your board percentage (which is out of 100) and then divide the total by 2. That gives you your Final Merit score.
For example: If your 12th Board percentage is 80 and your NATA score is 120.
Then,
120/2 =60 (NATA score divided by 2)
60+80 = 140
140/2 = 70
Hence, 70 is your Final Merit score.

You might not be allowed to change date of exam. Mentioned below are mistakes which might be corrected by the authorities:
Uploaded wrong documents or Photograph
Entered wrong spelling of his/her or parents name
Entered wrong Aadhaar details
Entered wrong class 11 and 12 roll number
The exam conducting authority, COA does not entertain any correction once the candidate submits the NATA 2018 application form.
