You can opt for JEE Mains paper 2 which is for admission into B.Arch and can also apply for NATA examination, for both the exams you need to have physics, chemistry and maths as the compulsory subjects.

Depends whether you want a particular institute study material or highly recommended books for NATA, institute study material will be available from the respective centers and books you can get from any store.

Yes, it is necessary. SPA-Delhi, IIT-Kharagpur and Roorkee are the top B.Arch institutes in India.

You can indeed pursue B.Arch after diploma in civil engineering provided you are using diploma as equivalent to 12th and seeking admission in 1st year of B.Arch.
