How can I get admission in B.Arch? I've passed NATA with the required score.

If you cross the limit of 70 marks, then you will be able to apply for architecture colleges.
You will definitely get any of the architecture colleges in India.
If you tell me your exact NATA score and class 12th marks, then I will be able to counsel your college and predict which college you might get.

Sorry to say but you will not get any college of architecture with 62 marks because 70 marks is the qualifying marks. But if you tell me your class 12th boards marks, then I will be able to help you more in the field if architecture.

Some of the colleges are International Maritime Academy, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Aarnav Shipping Technological Research Sanstha, Mumbai University and Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering (SNGCE), Ernakulum.

Where should I take admission for B.Arch as my NATA score is 100?

It's good that you scored 100 in NATA. But telling you simply that which college will offer you admission is quite difficult, as you have not mentioned the state to which you belong.
Moreover, the colleges which offer admission in B.Arch course publish their merit list or application procedure usually in the month of June/July every year, either in leading newspapers or their official website. Remain in touch with the official websites or colleges individual colleges.

Only the Bachelors degree holders in architecture (B.Arch.) are eligible for admision to the Masters programme in the discipline. However, the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi-110002, provides specialisation options for meritorious civil engineering graduates in its M.Arch. programme and related fields.
The school conducts the two-year M.Arch. programme with specialisation in architecture conservation, industrial design and urban design; Master of building engineering and management programme (MBEM); Master of landscape architecture (MLA) and Master of planning course with specilisation in environment planning, housing, regional planning and transport planning.
The M.Arch. programmes are open to those with B.Arch. degrees, B.Planning or equivalent degrees. For M.Arch. in industrial design, students with B.Arch. or equivalent degrees are eligible.
The MBEM course is open to those with B.Arch., B.E./B.Tech. (civil) or equivalent degrees.Applicants should have obtained at least 55 per cent marks in aggregate in the qualifying examinations. SC/ST students need only 50 per cent marks. Selection is based on a test and interview.
Those who have valid GATE scores or have passed the UGCs National Eligibility Test for Junior Research Fellowship and Lectureship are eligible for a monthly scholarship. For details visit &get;www.spaernet.in.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee conducts M.Arch. in urban and rural planning. B.Arch. or Bachelors degree holders in civil engineering are eligible for admission.
The Government College of Engineering, Sreekariyam, Thiruvananthapuram, conducts an M.Arch. course with planning (housing) as a specialisation. Five seats are available in the general category. Those with B.Tech. in civil engineering will be considered for admission. The Council of Architecture is a statutory regulatory body which deals with education in this field and any details regarding courses can be sought from it. NATA is compulsory for a candidate to pursue B.Arch course. Without NATA eligibility, one cannot take admission for B.Arch. And if your ward has written JEE 2nd Paper and is declared eligible by competent authority, he can take admission in REVA University.
