Yes, you have slim chances of getting into Chandigarh College of Architecture based on your NATA and JEE Mains paper 2 score.
You cleared NATA with a good score of 119, as 90+ score in NATA is consider for admission in B.Arch.
Also, you have benefits of OBC quota.
So, there are chances to get into Chandigarh College of Architecture.

Considering both your OBC rank and NATA score, the chances to get into Jadavpur University are slim.
As your rank is just near the cut-off for OBC in Jadavpur University and 86 marks in NATA are very low because 90+ are consider for admission in B.Arch.
So, you can try in any other private university/college. If you find my answer reliable, you can appreciate it by hitting the thumbs up and follow button.

Yes, you will definitely get admission in Jamia Millia Islamia for B.Arch at 199 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 as you have women quota.
Jamia has special seats reserved under women quota, so there is no need to worry.

Hello Apoorv Singh,
Click on the link below to know more about the process:
Civil engineering and Architecture are two really different branches and hence it is not advisable to pursue Architecture after doing Civil as you must have already spent 4 years for B.tech and B.Arch is for 5 years (which sums up to 9 years in total!). I will instead recommend you to do your masters in Planning (M.Plan) or M.Arch in any of the streams of your choice so that you get a touch of Architecture also and have your master degree too.
All the best.
