Since you belong to ST category, there are chances for your admission with this score. Till then you can wait for the list.

Deepak, you can apply for lateral entry in Diploma Architecture. It will be of 2 years. You can inquire about the same from some universities like Lovely Professional University, Noida International University, etc.
But why to go for Diploma after 12th, better option would be to go for B.Arch. It will open wider career avenues for you.

You got a good score in NATA as well as in JEE Mains paper 2.
But here we can't predict which college you may get at this score.
So, you are adviced to Google the cut-off for various institutes.

To get admission into IITs for B.Arch, you need to write JEE Mains Paper 1 & 2. Then you need to clear JEE Advanced and after that, you should clear AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) to get into IITs for B.Arch.
You can get NITs only with JEE Mains paper-2.
