Sorry to say Gauri but with a rank of 70000 under general category in JEE Mains paper 2, it is quite impossible for you to get admission into any of the govt. colleges.
I hope you understand my point.

Sorry dear but 105 marks are not going to help you to fetch Jamia Millia Islamia for B.Arch because it is a govt. college and accepts a score of 300+ by general category students.
I hope you understand my point.
So, try for any private university/college.

I think you have very slim chances of getting admission in Jamia for B.Arch.
The reason is that you have women quota and Jamia has special reservation for candidates under women quota.
So, at the score of 203, you might get Jamia.

Sorry to say dear but your rank is too high. There are a few good govt. and private colleges that accept JEE Mains paper 2 score.
They consider a score of 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2 for general category and 250+ in JEE Mains paper 2 for BC category students.
I hope you understand my point.

There is no compulsion for you to sit for JEE Advanced. You can attempt only for AAT to get a seat into one of the IITs for B.Arch. You should have cleared your JEE paper 2 and have a percentage of at least 75% in your 12th.

There are very less chances of you to get admission in colleges for B.Arch as your JEE Mains score is very low.
However, you may get admission in colleges that accept NATA score because few colleges consider a score of 90+ in NATA to give admission.
All the best.

Sorry dear but admission in good colleges for B.Arch are considered at 90+ marks in NATA. You have missed the required marks by 5.
So, try for any private college for B.Arch that can give direct admission.
All the best.
