If you are much capable to score good in 12th, then kindly do Architecture after 12th. And If you don't want to go through this process, then kindly go for Diploma in Architecture.

Admission to B.Arch. program will be based on 50% aggregate of marks secured in the qualifying examination that is class 12th with mathematics as a subject and 50% weightage to NATA and Based on the ranking, admissions will be offered to the candidate.

The joint counselling and seat allotment of JEE Main 2017 will be conducted online, while registration (option entry), starting from the June 15, 2017. The first round of seat allotment will be announced on June 28.

You can try for NITs first. You might fetch a seat in one of the NITs with your score. If not, then you can try for Chandigarh college of Architecture, Nirma University and some regional government colleges for Architecture.

No, clearly, there are no chances that you can get into VNIT. It is a highly reputed college and it attracts candidates with better ranks. Moreover, they consider JEE Mains score for the admissions.

Both B.Tech and B.Arch are very good course, but you have to choose one according to your interest as well as your performance.
B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology. It mainly deals in technology field. If you are strong in Mathematics and Physics, then you may choose it as your career option. Your study will totally be based on technology.
