Hi,
If you have scored less marks in JEE, then there are many other colleges that conducts their own examsn and allot seats based on its score along with high scholarship.
Below mentioned are the universities, where you can apply to get admission:
1. BITS.
2. VIT.
3. Lovely Professional University.
4. SRM.
I have heard Lovely professional University have an excellent infrastructure, which provides a good opportunity to their students to explore their skills.
All the best.

You can apply for B.Arch at KIIT even if you haven't attempted KIITEE.
The candidate needs to appear for Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam (KIITEE) exam who have not given NATA exam. You can go for the admission process. Admission is based on the score obtained in NATA.

Sorry to say, but it is difficult for you to get admission with this score in an architect college.
A score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission in B.Arch in various government colleges.
Also, for NITs and government colleges, you need a score of 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2.
So, try for any private university.
Best of luck.
