Sorry but your rank is too high because above 300 marks are required to get admission for B.Arch in NITs. So, you should try for private colleges.

You have fair chances to get into NITs for B.Arch with 1700 rank in JEE paper 2. So, just go for counselling. You can definitely get a seat for B.Arch.

Your Score is quite good. So kindly apply for Josaa counselling process and you can get some good Institutes like IITs (Less chance but still apply), NITs and IIITS.

You can try for NIT Trichy. Hopefully, you'll get a seat there. Else you can try for MNIT Jaipur, NIT Calicut and MANIT-Bhopal. Moreover, you can also try for SPA's.
