Hi,
Yes, there are good chances to get a reputed government college seat for B.Arch with a score of 138 + drawing scores which I am assuming the total to be around 180 or 200.

Hi,
Cut-off varies with different colleges. For example, 975 would be the GM cut-off rank for SPA Delhi (a score of around 250-270).

A score of around 250-270 will land you in SPA Delhi. A score of around 175-250 will definitely fetch you a seat in a good college.

Yes, NATA 2016 score is valid for admission into B.Arch for the current year.

Hi,
You will have to go through your B.Arch syllabus and study all the important topics in HOA, TOA, Building Services, etc. and the main subjects, of course.
