Both are good and it all depends on your area of interests and aptitude. If you have flair in writing, creativity, then mass communication is for you. Otherwise, if you have analytical skills along with drawing skills, then you can opt for architecture course.

Dear Ashish, You should do B.Tech after completing Diploma in engineering. You can get direct admission in 2nd year of engineering through LEET exam which is conducted by state universities every year.
