I would say it's a blessing in disguise, because you need to be polished before you enter architecture course, maybe you can enroll for a Detailed NATA course, attend workshops on a few interesting things in architecture, maybe visit a few colleges to understand their teaching learning process to choose the best for yourself.

There are a lot of good institutions/ universities, for example the SPA's, NIT's, CEPT, etc. You can go through the list published by council of architecture for further reference:

Education loan needs to be applied with an approval letter from the dean/Principle of your college of Architecture mentioning that it's a 5-year course, also a letter from the dean/principle estimating the required amount to complete the course. Other than that bank would require the following documents:
I. Proof of identity (PAN card/ passport/ driving license/election and employment ID card) – parent.
ii. Proof of address (Tel bill/ electricity bill/lease agreement/driving licence / passport) – parent.
iii. Salary slip/certificate (latest)-parent (6 months).
iv. Form 16 (2 years) salary or it return /balance sheet (3 years)

Architecture is a very demanding course. From government organizations to universities and private firms, it has good growth. As an entry level worker, you can expect Rs.10, 000 to Rs.20, 000 per month. With experience and more qualifications, you can earn a lakh per month as well.
