If you wants admission through UPSEE you have to score more than 350 to get admission in Amity University so it is better to apply for Amity. Last date to apply is May 18.

It's not possible. You need to either appear for NATA or JEE Mains paper 2. There might be a few average colleges which may provide admission on 12th percentage but it will not be worth pursuing B.Arch from such colleges.

B.Arch and MBA are two diverse courses and difficult to compare. Candidates must have a minimum of 40% marks in the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) and must have passed any one of the following courses with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate:
