Predicting cut off is a very difficult task as it's based on various parameters like difficulty of examination, number of applicants, the highest marks scored but to have an idea you can check last year’s cut off. The required score to get into NITs for B.Arch is between 200-240, with the top notch NITs requiring a little higher score then 240.

Hi,
With 120 - 130 marks, it would be difficult to get into SPA, NIT's, etc. but you can get admission in some of the good private colleges.
