Hello Arawin,
Europe is known for it's architecture. Even America has world's best universities in architecture. However, if you are planning to work then I would suggest you to choose America as you have plenty of job opportunities and also there will be no language barrier in America unlike Europe.

There is no rule that only if you score more than 80-90%, you can't go for architecture. There are many cases, where students scored less than 60%, but now they are good architects with big salaries.

Both the institutions which you have mentioned have their own positives. Definitely, Delhi Technical campus has an upper hand, since the years of existence is more.

A minimum of 80/200 in NATA exam is required for anyone to enter architecture. For a relatively better college, I would suggest you to get a good score 110 - 140 with a good score in class 12th.
