Yes, class 12th marks are considered for NATA and JEE exam. Hence, if you want to pursue architecture, class 12th grades will be considered for most of the colleges admission process.

The cut off varies on various parameters like difficulty of examination, number of applicants and the highest marks scored. So, the cut off prediction is difficult.
