Hi Ronn,
Both NAVAL Arch and B.Arch are completely different courses. Users and their requirements are very different. It depends totally on your interest and passion to choose between the two.
I can tell you about the opportunities that an Architect can get after completing his B.Arch. They are:

I would suggest you to start with an urban scale issue and narrow down to the Architectural solutions to the problem at large, that's just one way of looking at thesis. In the same way, you may explore ways that interest you in your specified domain.

The best private college is Sir JJ College, Mumbai

It depends on you, If you are best in designing or arts, go for B.Arch else go for BE.

Architecture is the best option for you to learn those things, but you can learn civil engineering drawings in AUTO CAD or you can go for some urban planning courses, but in India its bit tough. you can go for higher studies with your desired education.

Architecture Is not a crash course. You have to restart from diploma architecture or based on your 12th exam and NATA score which is a separate exam offered by COA India. You have to pass and get NATA ranking based on that. You can join architecture colleges in India.
