Architecture

In order to get into Architecture colleges, you have to write NATA exam.
NATA EXAM -it is 200 marks exam.
A major difference between both is aptitude of NATA is bit easy, and drawing is a bit say more difficult than JEE.
PART-1 - its an online test on computer screen, u need to answer 40 questions. each contains varied marks and maximum time available for each question is 90 to 120 seconds. once question is gone u cant answer it.
-It contains few questions of same 2d to 3d and 3d to 2d conversions.
- some architectural concepts and general knowledge and history questions.
- maths question of upto 10th class level of cbse board,YES 10th class level or below that.dont b surprised they are bit tricky and needed to be read, understand ,solved on paper and answer within 90 to 120 seconds.
For example:a square has a side of 1cm and its area is 1 sq. cm. if its side is doubled how will area be effectected. generally without thinking one will say doubled, but u know its not.
EXAMPLE-2u have a cube and u paint its 3 adjacent sides in yellow, red and blue colors. now u cut this cube to 16 small cubes . how many cubes of them will have no color on any side.? another question was
DONT ATTEMPT GUESS ANSWERS, THERE IS NO NEGATIVE MARKING , BUT as u attempt guesses each wrong answer with lower the marking of next answer and so on . A student with 15 right questions of high marks may score 54/100 and another with 25 correct answers of low marks question may score 30/100.
PART-2 It is a paper based drawing question,.
1. 100 marks , the most difficult of all checks your creative , sketching , perspective ability.
2x 50 marks chekc your compostion, color sense and shading and shadows.
