Kcet cut off for Architecture colleges is available on KEA website. I would suggest you BGS School of Architecture and Planning.

Yes it is, I would suggest you to take up NATA soon. Prospective applicants desirous of taking admission to First year of undergraduate course in Architecture (Bachelor of Architecture) in India take NATA. NATA scores are used by admissions authorities of different Government, Govt. Aided & unaided

First of all congratulations on securing such a good scoring. Yes you may get RVSA if there are lesser ranks than your's. You can even look into BGS School of Architecture and Planning.

A minimum of 80/200 is required to be eligible for Architecture. You may refer the cut off rank of Andhra university for further details.
