The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

Both the fields are totally different. It depends on your interest. If you are interested in planning and designing then you can go for architecture if not prefer engineering.

It is difficult to predict the marks as for now results only percentile score is released. If you want you can calculate the percentile rank. But no formula is there to predict the marks. Use this formula to predict the rank:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 145386 /100. Your rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially. You have to wait for the official results.

If you are general candidate, then no. Work harder, try to get at least 98.5 percentile to stand a decent chance to get into one of the NITs, IIEST or B.Plan in SPAs and MANIT.
You can try for different private and semi-private colleges. There are plenty of Architecture colleges apart from NITs and SPAs which are good in their own right.

You have to wait for the JEE results, which will be released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially. The cut-off will be announced in April for JEE advance, so you have to wait till April to know the cutoff for JEE Advance, because it will depend upon the number of students appearing in April too. Use this formula to predict the rank by your percentile. Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 145386 /100.
1,45,386 is the number of students who appeared f

It does not fully depend on class 12th percentage, but you have to have minimum eligible percentage to get the admission.
