Hi, Yes previous year question papers of PGCET is available in KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) website.

Yes, it is possible to get admission with this marks and score. You should apply for the same on time. Also, to be in safer side apply for the other colleges also.

Yes, you can do it, but it is better if you have a Diploma in Architecture done before B.Tech in Architecture, as it will benefit you.
