There are 80 seats available in School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada. 60 seats will be government merit seats through counseling. The fees for government merit seats is displayed in the website and private seat rates will have to be inquired with the college officials.

Counseling process will begin by 2nd week of June by the regional counseling authority for the government reserved merit seats. Admission is through counseling or direct private management seats.

No, I think it is quite impossible because your rank will come out to be more than 20k, which cannot qualify you for NIT.
