The lower age limit of 17 is currently specified by Council of Architecture, so definitely you can take up Architecture after passing NATA exam. Good Luck.

Yes, you're eligible. Applicants for the MURP programme in the general category should have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories should have a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks in below mentioned degree programs from a recognised University / Institution:
1. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Architecture / Environmental Engineering / Civil Engineering / Planning/ Law
2. Masters degree (or equivalent) in Geography / Economics / Sociology / Environmental Science / Social Work / Development Studies / Policy Studies / Political Science/GIS/Geomatics/Climate Studies.
