Yes, Eligible candidates need to appear for the common entrance test conducted by Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architecture (MASA CET).

If I do my Bachelors and Masters in architecture and construction in Netherland from Royal Academy of Arts, will I get the PR easily?

Hello, Getting PR in european countries is a tough task. You can get student visa and with that the work visa. But getting permanent residency is usually difficult.
