Hi Tejaswini!
If you had completed your 12th class earlier before pursuing the certificate course and had Maths and Physics as your core subjects, then you can certainly apply for B.Arch course. Also, minimum percentage score should be 50% in order to stand eligible for this course.

Hi Mani,
Minimum NATA score to be eligible for the admission to Sir J.J College of Architecture is 80/200. Cut off is based on both the scores i.e. Class 12th Result and NATA scores. Please confirm your 10+2 marks for better understanding.

You can apply for September 2019. It would be better if you apply in January 2019. You have to secure minimum 5.5-6 bands in IELTs to make yourself eligible for the UG programme.
